I’ve just completed my online reservation, do I need to do anything else?

We will send you a confirmation email for your transfer reservation. Please check this carefully and let us know if any details are incorrect. Please let us know all the necessary details like flight number, contact details etc.

Is it certain that I will not pay anything else?

Yes -You have to pay only the amount for your transfer. There are no hidden charges.

 

Who will be waiting for me at the pickup/arrival destination?

If you arrive by plane, your driver will wait for you at the meeting point (Luggage Claim exit – inside the arrivals hall), holding a sign with our logo and your name on.

In case you arrive by boat in Heraklion Port, your driver will meet you in front of the Passenger Terminal, with a banner bearing your name as well as our company’s name.

Please note that we keep track of all changes that might occur in flight or boat arrivals, and we will be waiting for you, even if your flight’s/boat’s arrival is delayed, with no additional charge.

If the pickup location is your Hotel, we will meet you at the Lobby / Reception Area of your Hotel.

Do I have to tip the driver?

Tips are at your discretion. It’s entirely up to you.

 

I would like to be transported to a location that is not displayed as a destination.

Simply e-mail us your destination or your hotel name. We will send you our quotation as soon as possible.

 

We have a child with us, do you provide child seats?

Yes, we do at no extra charge. You just have to ask for it.

 

We have a lot of luggage with us, is that a problem?

The number of luggage per vehicle is displayed next to it, and we kindly ask you to choose the appropriate vehicle for your needs. If you are not sure about the total volume of your luggage, notify pieces and sizes in the comments section, and we will advise you accordingly.

 

I would like to book my return as well, can I?

Yes of course. You can book your return route online at the same time you book your arrival transfer with a discount.

You can also book your return with us at a later date by contacting us.

 

When do I pay?

Payment is made online via Paypal, or you can choose to pay on arrival, upon the conclusion of the transfer.
